Who we are

This website is operated by PTRI Consulting, a division of PTR Insights Limited, located at Smart Station, First Floor, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, registered with the Masdar City Free Zone under trade licence MC13580. For any privacy question, write to info@ptriconsulting.com.

What we collect on this website

When you write to us, by email or through the contact form (which is sent from our own website hosting to our mailbox), we receive your name, email address and message. No third-party form service receives it. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage our working relationship. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond, or to take steps before entering into a contract with you. We keep it for up to 24 months after our last exchange unless a contract requires longer, and then delete it.

Client data in our projects

When we analyse data on a client's behalf, the client remains the controller and we act only as processor, under a written data-processing agreement and only on the client's documented instructions. Client data is provided to us in pseudonymised form wherever possible, hosted in the location set out in the data-processing agreement, used only for the agreed project and deleted at its end. Where data crosses borders, we use the safeguards the applicable law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host our systems or deliver our email, under confidentiality and data-protection terms, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or ask for a copy in a portable format, by writing to info@ptriconsulting.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act or US state privacy laws may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
